The Bible is the inerrant Word of God who, as author, moved the pens of godly men by the Holy Spirit to write as He dictated. His Word reveals Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of the living God, born of a virgin. Christ is the eternal, invisible God made visible. Christ Jesus is at once God and man. Christ is creator of heaven and earth and all that is therein. The sinless blood sacrifice of Christ on the cross is the Father’s way to redeem mankind’s fallen and lost state. Christ’s sacrifice upon the cross was the ultimate demonstration of God’s love for Adam’s fallen race. Repentance and faith in the perfect work of Christ, the Lamb of God, on the cross imputes to sinners-set-free the gift of eternal life from the Father. There is no work we could ever do to gain such deliverance and life. It is by faith alone in Jesus the Christ that we live and are justified in Him. Father, Son and Holy Spirit are One; existent in the eternal now from eternity past to eternity future. God is simultaneously Omnipresent, Omnipotent and Omniscient. God is holy. As believers, we are to be holy: no more bound to obey sin but loosed to love God and enjoy deeds of righteousness for His glory and when called to do so, counting it all joy to suffer for His Name. Christ Jesus, the Messiah, rose from the dead, lived among men and ascended to the right hand of the Father where He ever lives to make intercession for us. He sent the Holy Spirit as comforter and teacher to lead Christ’s body, the church. Christ is He who was and is and is to come. Christ, whose name is faithful and true, will return to judge the living and the dead. For those who never wanted him, Christ will dismiss them to a place where He is not: Hell, a place of eternal torment, created for the Devil and his demons. For those who love and obey him, Christ is able to present us faultless WITH GREAT JOY before the Father’s throne. Jesus will gather His people unto him in Heaven where death and heartache will be no more. We will eternally worship and celebrate Christ, The Eternal Word made flesh, who we love and to whom all glory belongs in this world and in the next for evermore. Amen.
